just a lil reminder to buy your tumblers {or tumblaaarrs}, a skipping rope {$9 one if you are really gonna really, really use it.} and bring a towel too, cause you might get all sweaty and stuff like that. Also we're gonna run the 2.4km, so irish luck to everyone ! and that 2.4 might be twice a week starting from wednesday. {HAAAAH~ i know. but what to do, coach will nag if we slack.} & ohyah, fill your tumblaaaarrrrs with lots of iceee. then before training also can drink in class and donate some iceee water to your other peeps toos
